The consultation
Twenty minutes to talk
Nothing is done to your skin. You sit down with Jacquelyn or Jeanne, in good light, and talk.
How your skin has been
What feels different lately, what feels comfortable and what you'd like left alone.
What you use at home
Your routine, if you'd like to go through it, in the order you use it.
What we see
A look at your skin, with a plain account of what we see and what we don't know.
What a visit could be
Which of our visits might suit you, and how long each takes, so that you can decide in your own time.
When to see a doctor
We'll suggest your doctor when
We're estheticians, not doctors. These are the times we'll stop and send you to one.
A mark that has changed
A mole or spot that has grown, bled or changed color.
A sore that doesn't heal
Anything that has been there for weeks and won't close.
A rash or swelling
Skin that is hot, swollen, oozing or blistered.
A sudden change
A change in your skin that comes on quickly or arrives with a fever.
