How pricing works
The studio's prices show on the booking page when you choose a visit. This is what sets them.
What decides the price
The price of a visit follows the service you choose, how long it takes and what you add. The booking page shows the studio's prices before you confirm, and nothing is added on the day without asking you first.
The service and its length: 75 minutes or 90 for a slow facial
Add-ons, such as warm LED light or a hand and arm massage
Whether you book with Jacquelyn or with Jeanne makes no difference
What the consultation covers
A first slow facial starts with ten minutes of talking before anything touches your skin. If you would rather talk first and decide later, book the 20-minute consultation on its own. Nothing is done to your skin during it.
You can book it on its own
You leave with a note in large type
Deposits
Slow facials take a deposit. It holds your time and goes toward your visit, and the booking page shows the amount when you book. Shorter visits and add-ons take none.
Canceling or running late
Tell us 24 hours ahead to cancel or move a visit, and your deposit goes to the new time. A visit missed without notice keeps the deposit with the studio. If you arrive late, the visit may be shortened.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Warm LED light, microcurrent and a hand and arm massage can be added to a facial when you book or on the day. We name the add-on and its time first, and you say yes before we start. The booking page shows each one's price.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay, by card or in cash.
Gift cards and packages
A gift visit is a gift card for a slow facial, or for any amount toward one. Buy it on the gift card page, and the person you give it to chooses the day and whether it is 75 minutes or 90.
